New features & updates
Three new updates this week - built to make your events easier to find, manage, and co-host. Here’s what’s new on Bloomy 👇
🔎 Event Categories Are Here: You can now select categories when submitting your event - making it easier for people to discover your event on our new homepage. Whether it's a breathwork class, sound bath, or virtual event, categories help your experience show up in the right places.
📅 Reschedule Without the Email Chain: Plans change - and now, your event date can too. You can reschedule your event directly from your dashboard:
Go to Manage Experiences → select your event → update the date, time and/or location. Once submitted, everyone registered will automatically receive an email letting them know about the new details.
🤝 Co-Hosting Just Got Smoother: If you’re co-hosting an event, simply add their email under Cohost Options.
If your co-host already has a Bloomy account, they’ll get an email to accept the invite in their dashboard.
If they’re new to Bloomy, they’ll get a sign-up link to join and co-host. Shared access, simplified planning, and double the community reach.

For Event Hosts:

For Attendees:

⏰ 24-hour event reminder (sent even if they register last-minute!)
📅 Notification if the event is rescheduled

💳 Confirmation when a ticket is canceled or refunded
