New features & updates
Two small-but-mighty updates this week - making it even easier to manage your attendees and stay organized behind the scenes. Here’s what’s new 👇
🙋 Full Names, Finally: We’re now collecting first and last names for every attendee. No more guessing who “[email protected]” is - just clear guest lists and smoother check-ins.
🎟️ Ticket Type Breakdown: You can now see which ticket type each attendee purchased right in your dashboard. Whether you offered Early Bird, GA, or VIP - everything’s tracked in one place so you can plan accordingly.
Go to Manage Experiences → select your event → select attendees. From there you will see the “ticket type” column.
🏠New Homepage: Our first ai-enabled search, makes it easier and faster for people to discover local wellness experiences. This new search better understands what users are looking for by intelligently combining keywords, geographic queries and related terms to give our users more comprehensive results, think "yoga classes near me", "breathwork in la", "run club nyc" + more!

❓Q: Do my attendees receive SMS notifications?
âś…A: Yes - but only if they opt in.
After purchasing a ticket, attendees can head to Configure Notifications for this Event and turn on SMS alerts. Once enabled, they’ll get reminders and updates about your event straight to their phone.
Pro tip: Let your attendees know about this option - it’s a great way to make sure they don’t miss a thing!
